Danni is one of the world's largest men's entertainment media companies. Founded in 1996 as a single Internet site, Danni has grown to encompass a wide range of mainstream and softcore entertainment offerings for consumers in the United States and internationally.

Danni was founded by Danni Ashe, one of the most popular adult stars in history. For nearly a decade, Ashe served as CEO of her namesake company (previously called Danni's Hard Drive) and oversaw the daily management of the company. In 2005, Ashe decided to aggressively expand the reach of Danni and brought in an executive team made up of experts in entertainment and consumer products to spearhead new growth opportunities. Ashe continues to hold a position on the board of directors and serves as creative consultant.

Today, the Danni multimedia conglomerate is made up of six primary components:

  • Destination Web sites. The company's three flagship sites, Danni.com, MishaOnline.com and DanniGirl.com, feature more than 2,000 models, thousands of hours of high-quality video, hundreds of thousands of photographs, weekly live events, 24/7 live chat, and an online store and auction. The company also runs GirlNextDoor.com through an agreement with Gallery Magazine.

  • Hosted model sites. Danni.com builds and maintains Web sites dedicated to its most popular models, including Erica Campbell (ericacampbell.com) and Crystal Klein (crystalklein.com). These sites serve to better promote top models and create additional revenue streams for Danni.com.

  • Affiliate programs. Danni.com offers Webmasters at other sites a reward program for promoting Danni.com content. The programs are currently available under the brand names DanniCash.com CrystalDollars.com, EricaDollars.com, GNDCash.com and MishaBucks.com.

  • A production company. Danni.com currently produces two lines of filmed entertainment, which are sold exclusively on DVD through retail chains and online: Danni Presents (R-rated programs) and Danni's Hard Cut (hardcore content).

  • Content distribution. Danni.com is aggressively disseminating content throughout the mainstream market. The company is leveraging cutting-edge technology and multimedia platforms, including television, home video, Internet streaming, Internet protocol (IP) television, mobile devices, online auctions, Podcasting and interactive gaming.

  • Licensed consumer products. A variety of offerings, including photosets and novelty items, are sold online and via retail outlets.
