Layne Thrasher, VP, Operations
Thrasher began his career in New York within the recording industry. During his years on the East Coast, Thrasher worked for a number of major and independent recording label organizations, where he oversaw operations, distribution, marketing and finance. Among other achievements, Thrasher successfully launched careers for emerging and established artists, rolled out new divisions for companies, and worked on organizational restructurings.
Before joining Danni.com in 2005, Thrasher was hired to open and manage the U.S. office for a major U.K.-based events management company as the Controller of U.S. Operations, utilizing his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
During 2003, Thrasher came to Danni.com as Director of Finance and Administration. In winter of 2005, he was promoted to Head of Operations. During his time with the company, Thrasher has been instrumental in developing new licensing ventures, analyzing and ensuring the profitability of company acquisitions, restructured product lines, and has implemented new systems throughout the company's legal, financial and administration departments.
Misha, Creative Director
Misha, known throughout the industry by a single name only, was one of Danni.com's first employees in the 1990s. During the early days of the company, Misha was involved in the day-to-day management of the Danni.com Web site, both as Webmaster and photographer.
Misha eventually left Danni.com to become an independent photographer, and has gained a reputation in the industry for her artistic, glamorous photographs of hundreds of top models. She founded MishaOnline, a destination Web site that featured her photographs, which was acquired by Danni.com in 2005.
With the acquisition of MishaOnline, Misha has rejoined Danni.com as creative director for all of the company's Web sites. Misha now works with Danni Ashe on a daily basis to ensure that her creative vision is reflected throughout the Danni.com Internet properties.
